Equinox Education Services are delighted to announce the launch of a range of on-line programmes as well as a new website membership portal, the ‘Equinox On-Line Community’, for new, returning, and former students.

As with all other organisations in the education sector, the onset of the pandemic over the past three months has brought about an extremely uncertain time for Equinox, but like many of its counterparts, the education facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, decided to take a proactive approach from day one and meet its challenges head-on.

Its suite of new on-line programmes has been designed for overseas students wishing to improve their English and for local Irish students interested in learning a second language. Students can avail of one or more of the on-line programmes to prepare for their forthcoming academic year in Ireland, for Cambridge English Exam preparation classes or for tailored one to one academic support, especially if they need some extra support.

Similarly, Equinox are introducing “On-Line Group Programmes’, which can be tailor-made to suit a client’s preferences, whilst at the same time providing student groups with the ‘experience’ of one of its regular group programmes.

In due course, Irish students will also be able to avail of online language learning for French, Spanish, Italian and German, either as a means of exam preparation or perhaps ahead taking a study abroad experience.  

Speaking ahead of the launch of the first of the online programmes on 10^th August next, Equinox’s Managing Director, Noel Doyle is very excited about their benefits for students “for many of us in the education sector this has been a time to reflect, adapt and forward-plan where possible. Intensive 2 Week Academic Preparation Programme

The Intensive 2 Week online preparation programme starts on 10^th August and is designed to support international students who wish to improve their English language skills as well as providing an excellent Foundation prior to the new academic year.

The online programme is ideal for students wishing to:

- Gain an excellent Foundation about Ireland and Irish school life before arriving in Ireland for their academic programme;

- Accelerate their English for academic purposes;

- Prepare for their studies in the 2020/2021 academic year.

Equinox on-Line Cambridge Preparation Programme

Equinox Education Services will run its usual Cambridge English preparation Programme from September from its Carlow centre. However, Equinox will also now run an on-line version of this very popular programme over a 12-week period that students can join from the comfort of their host family home or dorm room.

One to One Academic Support

To assist students that need some extra one to one support with one or more subjects during the academic year, students can now avail of Equinox’s One to One service. Classes will be individually tailor-made and cover subjects like Exam preparation, Maths, Science, History, Geography, Business etc.

Tailor-Made Group Programmes on-line

Equinox Education Services regularly receives enquiries from agents, schools and organisations that are interested in undertaking a tailor-made group programme, but for a variety of reasons may not be able to travel to Ireland.
